These Terms of Use define the rules for using the website, our events, and the information contained therein ("Terms of Use"), without prejudice to the application of applicable laws.

BY USING VIBE SPACE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIONS YOU PERFORM ON VIBE SPACE OR RELATED SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW, YOU SHOULD NOT USE VIBE SPACE. YOU ALSO AGREE TO THE TERMS DESCRIBED IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

1. WHAT IS VIBE SPACE?

Services. Vibe Space is a community and free online AI accelerator for builders. We organize free in-person meetups, virtual workshops, hackathons, demo days, programs, and community calls about building with AI. We also run a newsletter, content channels such as YouTube, and community channels such as Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack groups, and we offer partnership opportunities to companies that sponsor them. These Terms of Use apply to all of these surfaces.
Disclaimers. Content shared at our events and on our website, including content from speakers, sponsors, and other members, is for informational purposes only. Vibe Space is not responsible for information published by third parties or for the data you choose to share with other attendees.
Suspension. We may suspend or cancel your access to Vibe Space or its events at any time in case of suspected fraud, obtaining benefits or advantages unlawfully, behavior that puts other attendees at risk, or failure to comply with these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or applicable laws. In such cases, no compensation will be due to you, and Vibe Space may take any measures necessary to protect its interests and its community.

2. HOW DO I ACCESS VIBE SPACE?

Access. No registration is required to browse the website. To attend an event, you must register through the event page, which may be hosted on a third-party platform. Some Services require you to fill out a form or join a community channel on a third-party platform.
Accurate information. The information you give us in registrations, applications, and other forms must be true and up to date, and must be your own or information you are authorized to share.
Age of Use. To use Vibe Space and attend our events, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old.

3. EVENTS

Registration. Our events are published on platforms such as Luma, Eventbrite, Sympla, Partiful, and Meetup. Registering through one of them is also subject to that platform's terms and privacy policy. Some events require approval, and capacity is limited; registering does not guarantee a spot.
Conduct. We want every event and channel to be welcoming and safe, and the community rules in section 4 also apply at our events. Harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior are not tolerated, and we may remove anyone from an event, or decline future registrations, at our discretion.
Sponsors. Our events are made possible by sponsors, partners, and advertisers. Your registration may be shared with them as described in our Privacy Policy.
Photos and recordings. Our events may be photographed, filmed, or streamed. By attending, you agree that we may use these images and recordings to promote Vibe Space. If you prefer not to appear, tell the organizers at the event.
Changes. We may change the date, venue, format, or agenda of an event, or cancel it. We will notify registered attendees through the platform they registered on.

4. COMMUNITY CHANNELS, FORMS, AND YOUR CONTENT

Community rules. In our community channels, at our events, and when messaging other members, you agree not to harass, discriminate against, or threaten anyone; not to send spam or unsolicited promotions; not to collect, scrape, or export other members' contact information or content; not to impersonate anyone; and not to share illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
Moderation. We may moderate, hide, or remove content and remove members from any channel or event, at our discretion, to keep the community safe and on topic.
Your content. You keep ownership of the messages, projects, demos, and other content you share with Vibe Space. By sharing content in our channels, at our events, or through our forms, you allow Vibe Space to use, reproduce, and display it, with credit where appropriate, in order to run and promote Vibe Space. You can ask us to stop using content you shared by emailing contact@vibespace.so.
Privacy. Information you share in our channels, forms, and events is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Event, community, and form platforms. We use our own accounts on third-party platforms to publish our events, manage registrations, collect forms, and host our community channels. Your use of each platform is also subject to its own terms. Vibe Space is not affiliated with these platforms, and they are not responsible for our events or channels.
Platform APIs. Some of our tools connect to these platforms through their APIs. For example, our tools use the Meetup API but are not verified or endorsed by Meetup. Data we receive from these platforms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. WHAT ARE VIBE SPACE'S RIGHTS OVER THE WEBSITE?

Our Rights. All rights related to Vibe Space and its functionalities are exclusively owned by AI TECH SPACE LLC, including its texts, images, layouts, software, code, databases, graphics, articles, photographs, and any other content produced directly or indirectly by Vibe Space ("Vibe Space Content"). Vibe Space Content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, license, sell, or reverse engineer Vibe Space Content for any purpose without our prior express consent.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE SOFTWARE AND MATERIALS PROVIDED

Intellectual Property. All rights, title, and interest (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) in the services and materials we provide remain the property of AI TECH SPACE LLC or their respective owners, such as speakers and partners.
Non-Acquisition of Rights. You do not acquire any ownership rights over the services and content of Vibe Space unless expressly granted in these Terms of Use.
Content Download. You may not download our content in order to store it in a database to offer it to a third party, or use our content to create a database or service that competes with Vibe Space.

8. COMPLAINTS REGARDING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Copyright Infringement. Claims of copyright infringement regarding any content available on Vibe Space should be sent via email to contact@vibespace.so.

9. USER AND VIBE SPACE RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility for Use. You are solely responsible for your use of Vibe Space and must comply with these Terms of Use and applicable laws.
Accountability for Any Damages. AI TECH SPACE LLC, its owners, affiliates, partners, and employees will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from or related to the access to, use of, or inability to access or use Vibe Space, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Non-Liability. GIVEN THE INHERENT CHARACTERISTICS OF THE INTERNET ENVIRONMENT, VIBE SPACE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERRUPTIONS OR SUSPENSIONS OF CONNECTION, INCOMPLETE OR FAILED COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS, OR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ELECTRONIC MALFUNCTIONS OF ANY NETWORK, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE. THE UNAVAILABILITY OF INTERNET ACCESS OR ACCESS TO VIBE SPACE, ANY INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT VIBE SPACE, AND ANY HUMAN, TECHNICAL, OR OTHER FAILURE IN THE PROCESSING OF VIBE SPACE INFORMATION SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED THE RESPONSIBILITY OF VIBE SPACE.
Maintenance. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) by using available tools such as antivirus software and firewalls.
External Links. Vibe Space may contain links to third-party websites and applications, such as event platforms and sponsors. This does not mean that Vibe Space endorses, verifies, guarantees, or has any connection with the owners of those websites or applications, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, practices, or opinions. We recommend that you read the terms of use and privacy policies of each third-party website or service you visit or use.

10. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THESE TERMS OF USE?

Changes. Vibe Space is constantly evolving, so these Terms of Use may be changed at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
Conflict of Provisions. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any modified terms, the later terms shall prevail with respect to such conflict.
Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any questions and situations not provided for in these Terms of Use will first be resolved by Vibe Space and, if they persist, by the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, excluding any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be or become.
